Minimum Qualifications:  

High school graduate, or its equivalent or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must be of African descent.

Must be at least 18 years of age, must meet the minimum training standards required by TDLR. Must have knowledge of English usage, grammar, punctuation and spelling; techniques for effective interpersonal communications.

Skill/Ability: Must have and maintain high ethical stands; maintain confidentiality of clients/customers’ information; establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other staff in the course of work, read and interpret documents such as PAHB policy and procedures manual. Speak effectively.
